As we have years of experience in logistics and Customs we have the knowledge and the necessary candidate portfolio to choose the most suitable candidate for your company from. After satisfactory performance your organisation will employ this candidate.

You will only receive 1 invoice for Recruitment and Selection from Customs Advice & secondment Hol BV. This invoice can be split in two parts if required.

The first part will be received and paid when the candidate is employed, the second part you will receive after the candidate has been employed by you for 6 months. This way you can be sure you have made the right choice in your new employee, and also in us as your partner.

If we cannot get to a “matching”, we will not send any invoices, we offer you this service on the basis of “No-cure-no-pay”
